1. Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the personal membership account created by a Member upon registration.
• "Funds" means any Bangladeshi Taka (৳) balance held in a Member's Account wallet, whether derived from deposits or winnings.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback, or other incentive awarded by tk9999 to a Member, subject to applicable wagering conditions.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any sports betting stake or casino game stake placed by a Member using their Account balance.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time (BST)" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to Bangladesh.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any way — including by creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Bet — you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all aspects of your use of the Platform, including sports betting, casino games, slots, live dealer games, and any promotional features.

tk9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register and maintain an Account on tk9999. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. tk9999 may require you to provide documentary proof of your age at any time. If it is determined that a Member is under the age of 21 , tk9999 will close the Account immediately, void all Bets, and return any deposited funds after deducting any withdrawals already made.

3.2 Jurisdiction

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. tk9999 does not make any representation that the Platform is legally accessible from any particular location. Access to the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is done entirely at your own risk.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Each Member is entitled to register and maintain only one Account. If tk9999 identifies that a Member holds more than one Account, tk9999 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any associated Bets, and forfeit any Bonus balances held within those Accounts.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change. tk9999 is not responsible for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

tk9999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity before withdrawals are processed or at any point during your use of the Platform:

• A government-issued photo identification document (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence)

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Minimum Deposit

5.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with clause 4.2. tk9999 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within 60 minutes of approval during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time). Processing times for bank transfers may vary. A minimum withdrawal amount may apply as specified on the Platform at the time of your request.

5.4 Suspicious Transactions

tk9999 reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be related to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. tk9999 may report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities as required.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by tk9999 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Real-money funds deposited into your Account will be used first for wagering; bonus funds will be used only after real-money funds are depleted.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

tk9999 reserves the right to void any Bonus and any winnings derived from that Bonus if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a Member has attempted to abuse the bonus system. Abusive behaviour includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, and participating in coordinated bonus exploitation with other Members.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within the validity period stated at the time of award will expire automatically and be removed from the Member's Account without compensation.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

tk9999 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including Bets placed after an event has concluded or where a pricing error is evident. A Bet is not confirmed until a bet reference number has been issued and the stake has been deducted from the Member's Account balance.

7.2 Palpable Errors

In the event of a manifest or obvious pricing error ("palpable error"), tk9999 reserves the right to void the affected Bet and return the stake to the Member's Account. tk9999 will not honour winnings arising from palpable errors regardless of whether the Bet has been settled.

7.3 Prohibited Betting Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic aid to place Bets
• Exploiting pricing errors, latency arbitrage, or feed delays to gain an unfair advantage
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing Bets on events where the outcome has been corrupted
• Collusion with other Members or third parties to manipulate game or event outcomes
• Any form of advantage play in live casino games that constitutes a prohibited strategy under the relevant game provider's rules

Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their Account suspended, all Bets voided, and all Funds forfeited. tk9999 reserves the right to report such conduct to the relevant authorities.

7.4 Casino and Slots Games

Casino and slot games available on the Platform are provided by third-party game providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the respective game provider's published rules, which Members are responsible for reading before participating. tk9999 is not responsible for technical malfunctions originating from the game provider's systems; in such cases, the game provider's own malfunction policies will apply.

11. Account Closure and Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting [email protected] with a written request. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

tk9999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where a Member is found to have breached these Terms, provided false information during registration, or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other Members. In cases of verified fraud or prohibited conduct, tk9999 reserves the right to forfeit all Funds in the Account.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall first be referred to tk9999's customer support team for informal resolution. tk9999 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitrator. Nothing in this clause limits tk9999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
